We noticed dirt everywhere, and it felt like no one had cleaned it adequately. Additionally, the bathroom setup was frustrating. there were two separate rooms with a cramped shower that flooded every time we used it. We expected better for the price we paid.

My partner and I loved how we could easily walk to Mango's Beachbar in less than a 10-minute stroll for refreshing drinks and then explore the lovely Parc de Lano, which was just 500 meters away, making it perfect for our weekend of city exploration.

We loved our stay, especially enjoying the lively atmosphere at the pool that transitions from a calm morning to a fun and sexy vibe later in the day. The breakfast by the pool was delightful, featuring fresh croissants and endless coffee, perfect for starting the day right. The staff, particularly Sami, were exceptionally helpful, making our experience feel personalized and welcoming. However, the lack of room service during our stay could be an improvement point.

The atmosphere at this hotel is incredibly inviting, with a relaxed vibe by the lovely pool. Breakfast featured great options, including delicious Welsh pastries, while the staff were always friendly and attentive, going above and beyond for guests. However, the breakfast selection was debated among guests, with some feeling it wasn't special and room maintenance could have been better. The overall landscaping improvements were a nice touch, but it still needs more attention.
